Do not feel offended with the title. “Fat loss 4 idiots” is meant for anyone who wants to lose weight but has no idea how to do that. It is an easy to follow ebook that even a person who does not have any knowledge about healthy diet, slimming programmes, body fats, or gym equipments can do it. Even if you do not have obese problem, you can keep it as a guide to maintain a healthy and confident life. It is simply meant for everybody. All you need to do is to follow its guide in the ebook.
What you will be given in Fat Loss 4 Idiots (FL4I) is a meal plan which lists out the food that you need to eat to lose weight. In addition, you will also be getting weight loss ebook which is a BONUS item. FL4I explains the methods to loss weight in simple languages to avoid confusion. It has a 11 meal day plan which claims boldly that you will lose 9lbs when u follow closely. But I can definitely say that it is not bragging nor the claim was a fluff. The plan is attractive in the sense that you have 3 days to eat whatever you like because there is no food restriction.
The meal plan inside the book includes 4 meals per day to keep your energy level up, which prevents you from going hungry. You will be eating different meals each day (rotated) so that you will not feel sick eating the same thing again in consecutive days. The advantages of this are you can get varied and balanced diets which increases your metabolism rate. Thereafter, the extra pounds that had stuck in you for a long time will be burnt off.
Although FL4I is a highly recommended book, it does have drawback. The plans do not include exercise as part of the weight loss process, since everybody knows that exercise plays an important role in losing weight. I do advice users to exercise to maintain good health and keep fit. Other than that, I think Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a very good ebook. It is affordable to everybody, practical to use and most importantly, it loses your weight!
