Are You Still Struggling With Weight Loss? Want to Know How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off Forever?

If you are like most who have tried to lose weight the results were probably less then impressive. Some of you may have had impressive results but as soon as you were off the program and went back to your normal eating habits your weight went right back up to where you were before, maybe even heavier this time around.


We spend billions of dollars every year on diet pills, diet foods, diet drinks and other diet programs that will never help you to lose the weight and keep you there and healthy for life. The truth is many of these so called diet products are very harmful to your body and places stress on an already stressed body. It’s not a wonder why there are so many people dealing with health issues like diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, high blood pressure, and the list can go on forever.


Here is a prime example that your diet sweeteners and diet sodas don’t help you lose weight. A study conducted in 2008 at Purdue University found, rats who were given a diets containing artificial sweetener gained more weight than rats given sugary foods, probably because the body does not receive the signal to “rev up” the metabolism.


Another study conducted at the University of Texas Health Science Center, that extended over and eight year period with 1550 participants found those who drank diet soft drinks had a greater risk of gaining weight than those who drank regular soft drinks.


So are you really ready to lose weight and keep it off for LIFE without ever having to take another diet pill, diet food, or diet program. If your not ready and you wish to continue to spend your money month after month, year after year only to do more damage to your body and then have to deal with the health issues which will show up eventually then I would stop reading now!


Well, if you are on this line congratulations, you truly desire to discover the reasons why you don’t lose weight and to find out the one thing that is so simple you’ll wonder why no one told you this before. The number one reason why you do not lose or have a very difficult time losing weight is, you are suffering from having a body that is too acidic!


Too what? Yes, you heard me correctly too acidic! Your creates acid, all day, everyday, as a byproduct of metabolism. Additionally, acid is introduced into the body through eating and digestion. Many of these secreted and digested acids are swept away by the blood stream, filtered out by your kidney’s, then released from the body in the urine. As you know acids are corrosive and they tend to eat things, ask anyone who suffers from acid reflux, where stomach acid backs up into the esophagus, causing irritation, inflammation and damage to the lining of the esophagus. The way the body protects itself internally from an overload of acid is to create fat cells which trap and neutralize acids before they can start to damage your internal organs and healthy tissue. Now, some of the fat is eliminated from the system however, the vast majority of fat cells are stored in the body causing weight gain.


Since our modern diet is made up of meats, grains, and beverages such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcohol which are extremely toxic it’s no wonder traditional weight loss methods constantly fail. Reducing your meal portion size only minimally decreases acid intake. Reduction of your calories will not reduce the acidity of your body and may increase if you start consuming diet soft drinks which are extremely acidic. Reducing your fat intake will not reduce the acidity of your body or result in any weight loss. Increasing your protein intake by eating more meat as one famous person recommended will only increase the acidity of your body as the one person who died from acidosis while on that diet. Even exercise increases the production of acids, such as lactic acid. Which some is released through perspiration, but some it retained by your body, which you can recognize as muscle pain.


So what do you do? Don’t eat, don’t drink, and don’t exercise? NO, I’m not saying that at all however, there is a healthier way to lose weight and keep it off for good. Did you know a “healthy body” causes weight loss? It’s not the other way around. You see a healthy non-acidic will return to its natural, ideal weight. A body which is freed of toxins, will allow the body’s cells, tissues, and organs achieve a healthier state of being.


The way you achieve weight loss and get a healthy body and younger looking skin in the process is to drink water.
